I'm hoping to have a chance to go see the capitol building while I'm at SpiceWorld. I know that there are visitor hours for tours inside, but are there hours for the grounds area? I can't find any info on their website and wouldn't really want to run into the awkward situation of getting stopped during a visit when the grounds are closed or something.
